Single-span bridges

LimitState:RING is the ideal software for analysing single-span highway and railway bridges comprising stone voussoir or brickwork arch barrels.

The wizard-driven process allows quick definition of bridge geometries using a range of pre-defined span types, including segmental, three-centred and pointed. Additionally, more complex user-defined arch profiles can be entered.

Barrels can be specified as single- or multi-ring, allowing a wide range of bridge conditions to be assessed.

Effective bridge widths can be used-defined or automatically calculated based on a range of fully customisable load dispersion parameters.
